Web Developer (Jr.)
Junior Web Developer responsibilities include coordinating with the lead developer, refining website specifications and resolving technical issues. To be successful in this role, you should have good experience in building web pages from scratch and excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS & PHP.
Ultimately, you will ensure our web pages are up and running and cover both internal and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
- Create wire-frames to decide on layout
- Write or review code for websites
- Run functionality testings and debug code
- Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)
- Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive websites
Requirements
- Work experience as a Web Developer
- Functional knowledge of CMS based web platforms
- Expertise in at least one programming language, preferably PHP and/or React
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with mock-up and UI prototyping tools
- Understanding of security practices
- Familiarity with network diagnostics tools
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field

Content Writer (English)
This position is a contract based employment proposition, and is open to professional content writer from any location world wide. Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to hear from you. Please do share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.
In addition to English being the primary language; ability to write in any additional languages (European/Russian) will be much appreciated.
Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to global audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our & client’s products/services
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proof-read and edit blog posts before publication
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Update website content as needed
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Ability to meet deadlines
